E-Learning is the use of technology to enable people to learn anytime and anywhere. E-Learning can include training, the delivery of just-in-time information and guidance from experts. It has become an increasingly popular learning approach in higher educational institutions due to the rapid growth of Internet technologies. E-learning can be conducted solely through online applications without instructors. In such cases, the application program guides learners to take the necessary action to achieve the learning outcomes. The aim of this paper is to develop an efficient web based learning management system, with focus on University academic needs.

iLearning Management System(iLMS) uses the power of intelligent systems to give the opportunity to students and faculties to achieve the excellence in education. The idea is to have a learning management system that works closely with the learners serving many learners at a time and tailored according to the individual needs. The system will give functionality to design course curriculum by taking care of program learning outcomes (PLO), course learning outcomes (CLO) and mapping of topics to be covered in each course is done accordingly. It provides many features such as online course material, online tests, and feedback to students etc. along with authorization and authentication of different users. The system will generate the course material according to the level of student judged by using the student knowledge exam. The current system is focused on individual learning requirements and takes care of quality of education. System will generate various reports that give feedback to the student about his performance and to faculty for the assessments and course material. The system will increase the capability of distance learning, efficiency in performance, and will let the learner to study without any charge, where the fees can be covered by a charities and a government.

The purpose of this study is to develop an e-Learning system for information technology students to learn academic courses at Sindh Agriculture University, Information Technology Department. The general principles connected to the e-learning system are introduced first, followed by a description of the tools utilized in the e-learning system model. The other materials, which are in the form of books, can be downloaded using the e-learning approach. The activities that are included in the construction of online e-learning systems are as follows: To achieve high-qualitybased results in education, the design model is used to create implementation and proper implementation assessments. The goal of the e-learning system in the Information Technology Department is to find a pattern that will allow for easier access to academic courses as well as more information and knowledge about the related subjects during each semester or term. The e-learning content is provided in the form of MCQs, objective-type questions, books, other links, and related resources that can be downloaded for each and every subject semester/term wise. This study investigates the use of e-learning in the information technology department. In this department, the problem of keeping subjective information and practical guidance for the IT students is very necessary. This study gives background to the study by reviewing subjects according to the semester or term. The e-learning system plays a main role in education on the basis of web application technology in the form of an e-learning model. Students must realize that a new, leaner framework is offered by modern on-line learning technology. An information technology student with basic internet and web skills can explore a new world of knowledge while being free from website surfing and selforganized education through online resources. Although online learning systems are a form of education that is used in educational institutions in developed countries, especially in their higher educational institutions, the primary role of this research is to describe and understand students' needs, problems, and so many other issues, especially at the time of their departmental examinations at university. E-learning is beneficial for students' future careers, and our aim is to polish them and make their careers bright.

Relational format.
The requirement of cursive writing has become debatable since the adoption of the Common Core State Standards, which sets academic expectations in the areas of English Language Arts and Mathematics from Kindergarten through Grade 12. In the Common Core State Standards, the requirement of cursive writing was omitted, but some states have passed bills to teach cursive believing that the skill is beneficial. This study evaluated the experience of learning how to read and write in print and cursive and its effect on reading.
213 participants ranging from 18 to 40 years of age participated in the research. One hundred sixty-five participants identified as female, 41 identified as male, and five identified as non-binary/third gender . Of the respondents, 138 indicated they were required to learn cursive in their school, 60 did not have to learn cursive, and the remaining 15 individuals did not respond to the related question.
Participants completed a 24-question online, anonymous survey covering demographic information, language background, self-reported reading and writing abilities, personal experiences, and opinions about cursive writing.
Descriptive Statistics were used to summarize data collected using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and other types of questions. Mann-Whitney U tests were conducted to explore differences in the data among the requirement of cursive writing requirements. Furthermore, Related-Samples Friedman's Two-Way Analysis of Variance by Ranks was utilized to investigate potential significant variations.
The study found that the requirement of learning cursive did not significantly affect reported abilities in reading print, writing print, or communication but did improve reading and writing cursive skills. There was no indication to suggest that learning cursive has a significant impact on improving reading efficiency, reading speed, or reading accuracy; there was indication that individuals required to learn cursive may have increased confidence in their reading skills.

E-Learning were evaluated by utilizing mixed methodology through online survey. Five criteria of effectiveness were established and used to assess E-Learning. The study determined the consensus measure and target consensus measure of teachers and students on the effectiveness of E-Learning employing the five factors. The study also examined whether students and teachers differ in their ...
Finally, this paper discusses whether e-Learning and traditional face-to-face learning should be measured according to the same definitions of and approaches to effectiveness, ending with a call for learning designers and researchers to target their measurement efforts to counting what counts for them and their stakeholders.
