A research proposal is a pre-written document which gives an overview of the research tactics. It gives a general idea of the objectives to be achieved and the ways and means to achieve it. Writing research proposal is however a challenging feat. Due to lack of clear guidance from any source, there are many substandard research proposals which are placed before evaluation committee. The researcher came across various people who had no clear understanding of the process and structure of research proposal or research design. This problem has led the researcher to develop a framework to guide the prospective researchers in framing their research design based on the following research questions.1) what is the procedure of writing the research proposal 2) what are the components of the research proposal.So, to give a clear picture about the problem the paper is divided into two parts I) Procedure of writing the research proposal II) Components of the research proposal. The procedure for writing the research proposal is discussed with regards to: 1) Identifying the problem 2) Deciding on the topic 3) Deciding the locale of study 4) Deciding on the data needs 5) Planning the source of data collection 6) Plotting down ways to collect data 7) Identifying methods for analyzing data collection 8) Establishing a basis for designing the Proposal. Proposal writing stifles the creative process necessary to conduct good research The research proposal is a detailed description of how the study will be conducted that includes the study title and researcher names, statement of the research problem and research purpose, review of relevant literature, and the research question(s) or hypothesis(es). The proposal also includes a formal description of the procedure to be used in the study that includes the information or variables to be gathered, the participants of the study and potential benefits or risks, the design and procedure for gathering data, what data gathering method(s) will be used, and how the data will be analyzed. This article considers the main stages of the research process and explores the complexities involved in carrying out research.
This paper concentrates on the Aquaelle Genetic Line, a group of entities that are the descendants of the Aurora beings from the next higher universes (who are also here now, functioning in the capacity of our Guardian Hosts, who are currently healing the genetic-consciousness reversals inflicted upon us by the nefarious AI negative aliens by restoring our fully organic heritage and our original Diamond Sun Body genetics as the Christos-Sophia beings and the offspring of the God-SOURCE Prime Creator that we are). The Aquaelle are also considered as the descendants of the Divine Cosmic Mother and Mother-Sophianic Coding who remained here on Earth and continued incarnating here upon Earth to remind us of who and what we are exactly, as the ones with the heritage of Christos-Sophia Consciousness and the offspring of our God-SOURCE Progenitor who is the Prime Creator of ALL. And with the resurrection and return of the Cosmic-Universal Mother and her Sophianic Mother, which is heralding the restoration of Diamond Sun Body Genetics as well as the eradication or eviction of these controlling negative alien parasitic-vampiric-demonic aggressors, oppressors, tyrants, it is, indeed, amazing and a privilege to be embodied in this auspicious time of pre-Ascension on Earth, witnessing and being a part of something that has NEVER existed or experienced by ANY conscious entity before in the entire Cosmos. Finally, it is of interest to state here that this paper represents a compilation of a part of the slides written for the spiritual awakening and enlightenment of the public, which were originally prepared as tutorial lessons for the followers-soul family members of the author and first posted on the author’s Facebook page-study group.

Chapter 14: The Research Proposal
15-Step Approach to Writing a Research Proposal
Step 1: Give the research proposal a title.
Step 2: Provide relevant personal and professional details below the title.
Step 3: Provide a short abstract or summary of around 300 words. (Some proposals do not include an abstract. Ask if you are unsure whether or not one is required.)
Step 4: Supply five keywords to describe the research proposal.
Step 5: Construct an introduction that contains the rationale and overview of a relevant literature review.
Step 6: State the aim, research question, sub-questions and hypotheses/null hypotheses (if applicable) of the proposed research study.
Step 7: Outline the research methods.
Step 8: Select the setting, participants, sampling method, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and method of recruitment.
Step 9: Describe the data collection instruments to be utilized.
Step 10: Detail the intended data processing and analysis methods to be utilized.
Step 11. Declare any ethical considerations and outline data protection procedures to be followed.
Step 12: Produce a timetable. Consider potential problems that may occur and describe the limitations of the study.
Step 13: Estimate the resources that may be required.
Step 14: Create a reference list or bibliography (depending upon the assignment instructions).
Step 15: Append relevant additional material.
