Poor editing capabilities and AI

Hi, I would like my money refunded to me as I'm dissatisfied with the product. I previously used this app as a place to store and manage all my resumes, and each version of it. The goal was to facilitate applying for different job positions. However your app is very limiting and erased my previous versions. Additionally, adjusting the spacing for your templates makes it very difficult to keep all the information I need to include. Additionally, I'm not sure that I'm receiving a refund as I was expecting (and promised on the website).

You won't be disappointed.

I'm currently job hunting and needed guidance on how to improve my resume (both formatting and verbiage) to increase my chances of positive contacts from prospective employers. I came to resumelab.com which I found through just asking a question in Microsoft Copilot and the suggestion did not disappoint. This service is very easy to use, informative, and made my resume look way better than I thought it could. Highly recommend!

It's okay but has limitations

It's okay. But, only download as a PDF (or plain text - what's the point!!) when not all ATS systems can scan PDF, it needs a Word format download option to increase ability to edit (see below). Secondly, it's restrictive in formatting, for example your LinkedIn address maybe spread over 2 lines with a totally random line break, and you have no option to alter the width of the field so it displays on one line as a link. No idea why anyone would want to subscribe to this. It does seem geared towards inexperienced applicants who can fit their limited experiences on one page.

I did not like the price going up form…

I did not like the price going up form 2.70$ to 28$. From the content and UI of the website I understood that my subscription will be 14-days then I wont be charged anymore, but after reviewing the billing page it was a different story.

One of the best and finest AI resume builders in my opinion. As a digital Marketer, I have always found it very difficult to tailor my resume every single time according to the position and job role. Update resume
