During my studies, I will have to work on different biology projects. The experience of working on these projects will give me insight into science and help me in becoming a good doctor. It will help me to get real-life experience of how doctors work. Moreover, the learning will help me to deal with patients, nurses, doctors and staff of the hospital. As for now, I am focusing on my studies and looking forward to completing my schooling. I do have a future plan for my family. But, before that, I would like to travel the world. I want to visit different countries like America, Finland and London and travel to all the continents. After finishing my education and going on a world trip, I would like to settle down in my life. I feel more comfortable in researching not only the salaries, but also the benefits and insurance available. Finally, to make a decision, I balanced more career pursuits that interested me since childhood. I had to look into what kind of undergraduate degree I would need to apply to be a PhD and the type of graduate degree I needed as well. It's always good for me to have a back-up plan when plan A up and leaves town without saying toodle-oo. With this in regards, I think that I would be able to interesting and challenging research scientist.

1.1. Overview of Future Planning

One of the goals characteristic of adolescence and early adulthood is exploratory behavior in the context of a lengthening period of preparation for adult roles. Among the domains of exploration that become salient are those related to specific plans for the future such as decisions about education, training, careers, and premarital romantic attachments. Erikson (1968) characterized identity development as a mental and emotional process of exploration leading to identification of a personal vocation. In addressing the interaction between personal and professional aspirations, however, contemporary developmentalists have often overlooked areas of potential convergence in future plans, although these areas obviously offer particularly rich domains in which to study their interaction. There are compelling reasons why the degree of concordance between personal and professional aspirations would be important. Given the large role that work plays in the lives of adults, one function of work in particular is its contribution to social connections, including friendships and opportunities for romance. The place where most people have the highest likelihood of meeting important friends or life partners is in the context of a recurring social system, such as a religious organization, social group, or workplace.

2. Personal Goals

Even though I am not one to, at least not habitually, try to forecast into the distant future, I realize that one cannot execute one's professional responsibilities without some level of thoughtful forward planning. Thus, I do have general guidelines about what, in the personal realm, my aspirations or future plans are. These relate to, in no particular order, physical wellbeing, intellectual pursuits, and relationships. As for the former, I am in general a health and fitness enthusiast and would like to feel that I am taking care of my body as well as it is humanly possible to do. In more specific terms, one thing at the very top of my agenda is to get into a regular schedule for doing physical exercise, marked by a minimum of thrice-weekly sessions. With guidance from others, I would try to develop a program that is balanced between muscle and cardiovascular exercises. As the mind should be exercised with the same dedication as the body, a lifelong objective of mine is to maintain a certain level of mental sharpness. For a quick corrective jolt, it is nice to pit oneself against a machine and measure off a good (or rotten) score. The world seems to be quite full of people who find satisfaction in their relations with buildings or cars, swimming pools or hand blenders, which is fine and well. As for myself, however, my pride, love and joy, from a family that I hope to have in the future is more important than any pleasure that derives from an object or place. Is it not time then that a healthy section of my mental and emotional resources are dedicated to nurturing these relationships?

2.1. Short-term Goals

As further knowledge in the analytics field will be essential to obtaining a technical and consuming position, I intend to enroll in an analytics program as early as the spring quarter of 2021. AI, machine learning, and data mining classes will provide me with the knowledge I need to bring innovative solutions to market. Meanwhile, classes in machine vision and natural language processing are both important and will provide valuable context. Advanced Probability and Statistical Inference will be useful in my responsibilities (algorithms). There are several reasons that motivate me. Among them, the most compelling ones are the endless growth potential and contribution to potential technologies for the long-term well-being of society, and its myriad challenges require intelligence and dedication at both problem solving and an entrepreneurial level. The reason to choose serial entrepreneurship as a primary goal is to give life to my innovations. In my opinion, academic knowledge accumulated in universities and enterprise knowledge accumulated in the corporate sector are the main value drivers for enabling large-scale social change and value creation. To say that information is of the highest caliber, that it is recyclable, is debatable. Governments and companies, institutions that serve their interests, should play a role as value drivers as the knowledge economy becomes more complex over time. This company will lead me to my ultimate career goals. To begin with, I've postponed the medical school for a year to come here, and therefore, I'd like to make use of these skills. Even though I plan to apply for MD-PhD, in the end, I want to make use of my training to its fullest. Programs like Quicken, which practically manage personal financial accounts, or programs like Bloomberg that manage institutional accounts, are designed to reduce routine errors and errors (thus eliminating the possibility for personal issues to interfere). These programs also lessen the necessity for personal communication with finance managers or advisors, which is actually positive feedback after the fact. I really do not wish to specialize as such, only to gain as much information from the program. It seems like the perfect opportunity and time to do so. The exposure to professionals on and off the UT campus would be incredible and, in return, the program would receive large financial rewards. It would allow me to fulfill my obligations to society and to share with others, which is why I enrolled in business school in the first place. I would get personal satisfaction as well as financial gain from such collaborations. And I would be following in my family's footsteps.

A more specific goal, however, would be to complete a degree in marketing, accounting, vocal performance, computer science, or some other more specific area of focus. A goal needs to be measurable so that an individual can have a feeling of achievement when the goal is complete. If the goal is vague or has no way to measure the process, it is difficult to know when the goal is complete. Such prioritizing with persistent attention to reducing the impact of attention-diverting modes can have a liberating effect. As gratifying forces are experienced, momentum will carry over to further change implementation in a continuing progressive voyage.

In conclusion, my future plans involve learning to make deliberate choices using the practical tools available to Harvard graduates. Long-term, I hope to embark on a fulfilling career that has its roots in both my academic and extracurricular education. I plan to work full-time for a financial trading company where I can utilize my skills to make clearly-defined, data-driven decisions. To accomplish this goal, I have taken courses in theory, optimization, and probability. To test the resolution of my aims, I have started learning about financial modeling, in theory at least. My limited background is a major obstacle. However, exposing myself to various situations at Harvard could get me close to finding the best path for me. In the short-term, I plan to take my deep commitment to learning about law, economics, and finance by pursuing a formal education in this field. The reason for this is that in order for us to write down all of our goals, we need to be focused on our tasks.

This is better because you’re going to find it out before even writing your future plan which is a lot harder to edit once you’re already done.

4. Write Down How Are You Going To Achieve These Goals

Write down what you would do to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. In a future plan, you are also planning how are you going to achieve these goals and not just your goals. By doing this, it will be easier to write our goals into paragraphs in your future plan.

In future planning, it is important not just to know where you want to go, but also how are you going to reach that goal.

For example. If your goal is to be a doctor, then you’re going to plan it by going to medical school, then having an internship and residency.

We need to do this because we are going to include this in our future plan.

If you just want to make a future plan and you are not a student, you also need to do this step because we need to find out our plan to reach our goals.

5. Identify Your Ultimate Goal

The next step in making your future plan is to identify your ultimate goal. The importance of the ultimate goal is to find out what is the most important goal to you, or what is the product of all the goals you’ve listed. This will be important in the later steps.

If you are doing this because you just want to make a future plan, then this is the final step.

If you are a student, then do not stop because we are just halfway if you plan to submit your future plan essay to your teacher.

If you’re in the self-development journey, then this step is important because we need to find your ultimate reason.

What are the reasons for your goals? What is the ultimate reason? What is your ultimate goal?

Find that out.

For example, if my goal is this blog, then my ultimate goal is to make it first reach 500,000 views each month. That’s why one of my goals is to write 90 articles this quarter.

Your ultimate goal is very important as it will set the goals that are important to you and the goals that don’t need much attention as of now.

In this stage, you already have your goals, how to reach your goals, and your ultimate goals. Those are enough because you already know what you want to do in life.

If you want to really make an essay, then continue so. But this is the final step in the reflection phase.

7. Write Down Your Other Goals on the Next Paragraphs

After writing your first paragraph, it is time to write the next paragraphs. As I told you, we already have what it takes to finish it as easily as possible. That’s the reason why the first steps are very important.

In the following paragraphs, we are going to tell if we have a plan B, and we are also going to explain more about the goals we have that would eventually lead to our ultimate goal.

If you have a plan B, then use this template for paragraph 2.

I also want to achieve (your plan B). In order to achieve my other goal, I plan to (state how are you going to reach that goal). I know that I have all the capabilities to do this because (state your strengths or why you believe you can do it.)

If you don’t have a plan B and just want one ultimate goal and then use this template on all of the other goals you have that would lead to your ultimate goal.

One of my other goals is to (state your other goals). I plan to achieve them by (state how you plan to achieve them). The reason why I want to achieve this goal is because (state why you want this to happen in the future.)

Of course, this format is made for it to be easy. You can adjust the sentences to fit your personality. What’s important is that the information being asked for is included in your future plan. Furthermore, it is weird if all your paragraphs will follow the same format. Feel free to adjust some of it if needed since it would look more natural that way.

8. Conclude Your Goals at the End

The 2 most important parts of a future plan are the introduction and the last paragraph. In this paragraph, it is important to indicate that you are going to do your best to reach your goals.

It is important to indicate that you are dedicated and you want to finish this goal because this is the thing that you truly want to do in life.

It is also important to put your time frame and when are you planning to reach your goals.

Here is an example or template.

I am dedicated on doing everything I can for my future plans because these are my dreams. I will be able to do this after (when do you want to do this) since I know that (what are the reasons why you want to achieve your goal).

9. Proofread To Check for Mistakes

Now that you are done, it is important to check for grammar and spelling mistakes.

If you are still below the word count needed, then try to add more goals, or to explain more on how you are going to reach these goals.

One simple trick to easily check for mistakes is to read them aloud. The reason is that you can easily tell by reading if something is wrong with what you’ve written.

Proofread your future plan and then furnish the details. It’s now ready to be submitted and be proud of yourself for doing it yourself instead of copying others’ work.

Teachers know how to check for plagiarism. Trust me since I was a lecturer. I know how to check for plagiarism and if you just copied others’ work.

I could also become an independent consultant within the IT field as this is an area which is very much in demand, and it would give me the opportunity to work for a variety of companies with different systems and requirements that would broaden my experience. As I have a car, it would be feasible for me to drive within the city, or even travel to other locations and spend a week or more there in order to complete an assignment. There is an enormous appeal for me to be involved in the wide spectrum of work on offer in consulting, and I know that it would engage my interest in all thing IT, bolster my enthusiasm to learn even more about new applications, and empower my creativity.

Another more unusual route I could take would be to help orphans in Nigeria, as very sadly, there are now more than ever. They are in great need, particularly at this time of extreme violence and uprisings, and some do not have any relatives at all to take care of them. I have had the idea to help these unfortunate children ever since I was 17 and lost my father. So working in an orphanage would be very rewarding to me as I love children, and I can relate to the loss of a parent. I remember very well how difficult it was for my mother to raise me on her own, and know that some of the orphans have been put their by family members who cannot cope. A few years ago when volunteered to train juniors to help them with IT I was very successful, and feel that I could help to introduce the orphans to a computer and the way it works. As children are so quick at picking up IT, I think that I could really make a substantial difference to their lives by giving them one on one attention whenever possible, and giving them both physical and psychological support. This will be of great help to them later when they are older and will need to find a job in Nigeria’s touch marketplace.

Because Nigeria is one of the leading African countries it has to lead the way in IT, and take advantage of the latest innovations. In order to do that it desperately needs competent people to bring about an IT revolution that will help modernize so many different fields across the country, and thus transform the economy and improve social networks and personal needs. I aim to do all I can after graduating with my Masters to help bring about this much needed success in my country, whether it is helping orphans become the next generation of IT specialists, or working for a government department, or assisting the private and public sectors as an independent consultant.

Therefore, many people set future plans and goals for themselves so that they can maintain the steps and goals they want to achieve. I also do that, as I put a future plan for the type of job I want to get in the future and some other things.

I would very much like to become a cardiac surgeon. I like this delicate specialization very much, but it is not an easy specialization and it requires effort, fatigue and a long stay.

Therefore, I am now striving to improve my grades and excel in my studies, in addition to learning some important medical terms.

From time to time I read some books in this specialty to get an idea of what I want and what its requirements are. I am also working on improving the accuracy of my fingers in thin areas by training in some types of anatomy of fruits such as grapes, trying to separate the outer peel without cutting, and some of these things that require skill and stability.

I hope that I can achieve my future goals and get the job I desire and be able to help many people.

Future goals give motivation and enthusiasm to live and achieve goals. This is how I feel when I set various and different goals and strive to achieve them. But it is normal for me to have other goals as well, such as participating in some sports. I love basketball a lot and I love to practice it, and I also love swimming and I’ve been good at it since I was young. I set some goals for practice and improvement so that I can be part of the university team when I grow up.

I hope to achieve these goals, make my family members happy, and be able to help my father financially in some way.

3- Develop future plans for the type of job I want to obtain and work in an attempt to achieve this, in addition to plans for other matters, whether short-term or long-term, and strive to achieve them individually and everything on time.

This makes me feel that I am accomplishing tasks, and I am very happy with achieving my goals and being successful in them.

And if I stop or fail in a task, I put it back and try to succeed in it or reach an advanced step that I have not reached before until I succeed in the end and complete the work.
