Bonafide Certificate Application for College Students for Scholarship

If you are applying for a scholarship from any state/central or private organization then you need to submit a bonafide certificate. A bonafide certificate confirms that you belong to a specific school or college.

To get your bonafide certificate you need to write a request letter to your principal, here are the sample letter formats to apply for a bonafide certificate from your school (or) college for the scholarship. You can use any of these formats.

Bonafide Certificate Application for Scholarship (Format 1)

To The Principal, College Name, Address.

Sub: Application for bonafide certificate.

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is [your name] studying [course & year] with roll no. [xx] . I am writing this letter requesting a bonafide certificate which I need to apply for the [scheme name] scholarship program.
