या प्रकारच्या गुन्ह्यात, गुन्हेगार बहुतेक चॅट रूम वापरतात आणि त्यांची ओळख लपवून अल्पवयीन मुलांशी संवाद साधतात. लहान मुले किंवा अल्पवयीन मुलांना फारशी समज नसते, त्यामुळे ते या मुलांवर अत्याचार करतात, त्यांना धमकावतात आणि पोनोग्राफी करण्यास भाग पाडतात.

अशा धमक्यांच्या भीतीने मुले आपल्या वडिलांना काहीही सांगू शकत नाहीत आणि या अत्याचारांना बळी पडतात. अनेक देशांची सरकारे या दिशेने काम करत आहेत आणि काही प्रमाणात त्यांना यशही आले आहे.

सायबर गुन्ह्यांच्या Categories काय आहेत?

सायबर गुन्ह्यांची स्थूलमानाने तीन categories मध्ये विभागणी करण्यात आली आहे, जे विरुद्ध गुन्हे आहेत

1. Individual 2. Property 3. Government

प्रत्येक श्रेणीमध्ये विविध प्रकारच्या पद्धती वापरल्या जातात आणि एकत्रितपणे या पद्धती एका गुन्हेगारापेक्षा वेगळ्या असतात.

Individual: या प्रकारच्या सायबर गुन्ह्यांमध्ये, सायबर स्टॅकिंग, पोर्नोग्राफीचे वितरण, तस्करी आणि “ग्रूमिंग” असे अनेक प्रकार असू शकतात. आत्तापर्यंत, अनेक कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करणार्‍या एजन्सी सायबर गुन्ह्याच्या या श्रेणीला खूप गांभीर्याने घेत आहेत आणि अनेक विविध संघटनांशी सामील होऊन अशा गुन्हेगारांना internationally स्तरावर अटक करण्यात यशस्वी होत आहेत.

Property: ज्याप्रमाणे आपल्या वास्तविक जगात गुन्हेगार आपल्या वस्तू, मालमत्ता चोरू शकतात, त्याचप्रमाणे आभासी जगात सायबर गुन्हेगार पीडित व्यक्तीचे bank details, Login Details, Credit Card आणि  debit card details चोरू शकतात आणि चुकीच्या पद्धतीने त्यांचा वापर करू शकतात.

त्यामुळे तुम्हाला आर्थिक समस्यांना सामोरे जावे लागू शकते. ते मिळून काही लोकांना Scammy Sites बनवतात आणि लोकांना फसवतात. काहीजण ईमेलद्वारे ऑफर आणि दुर्भावनापूर्ण सॉफ्टवेअर पाठवतात, जे तुमचा संगणक उघडल्यावर त्या हॅकर्सच्या नियंत्रणाखाली जातात.

Government: जरी हे फार सामान्य नसले तरी गुन्हा कोणत्याही सरकारच्या विरोधात असेल तर त्याला Cyber Terrorism म्हणतात. त्याची योग्य अंमलबजावणी झाली तर ते अगदी government websites, military websites, Official Websites सरकारच्या अधिकृत वेबसाइट्स हॅक करू शकतात. देशाची आर्थिक स्थिती हादरवून टाकण्याची क्षमता त्यांच्यात आहे.

सायबर गुन्हे रोखण्यासाठी उपाययोजना

• यातील पहिली पायरी म्हणजे सायबर गुन्ह्याची तक्रार नोंदवणे, तीही तुमच्या शहरात किंवा तुम्ही राहता त्या जवळपासच्या सायबर क्राइम सेलमध्ये.

आयटी कायद्यानुसार सायबर गुन्हा जागतिक अधिकारक्षेत्रात येतो. याचा अर्थ तुम्ही भारतातील कोणत्याही सायबर सेलमध्ये सायबर गुन्ह्याची तक्रार करू शकता. यासाठी तुम्हाला विशेष कुठेही जाण्याची गरज नाही. आता भारतातील जवळपास सर्व मोठ्या शहरांमध्ये समर्पित सायबर गुन्हे कक्ष उघडण्यात आले आहेत.

• जेव्हा तुम्ही सायबर गुन्ह्याची तक्रार दाखल करता, तेव्हा तुम्हाला तुमचे नाव, संपर्क तपशील आणि मेलिंग पत्ता द्यावा लागतो. यानंतर तुम्हाला तुमच्या शहरातील सायबर क्राईम सेलच्या प्रमुखाकडे लेखी तक्रार देखील द्यावी लागेल जिथे तुम्ही तक्रार केली आहे.
• तुम्ही कोणत्याही ऑनलाइन छळाचा बळी असाल, तर पोलिस ठाण्यात तक्रार करताना कायदेशीर सल्लागार तुम्हाला मदत करू शकतात. याव्यतिरिक्त, तुम्हाला तुमच्या तक्रारीसह काही कागदपत्रे देखील प्रदान करण्याची आवश्यकता असू शकते. तुमच्यासोबत कोणत्या प्रकारचा गुन्हा घडला हे अवलंबून आहे.
• सायबर क्राईम एफआयआर कसा नोंदवायचा: जर तुमच्या शहरात सायबर सेल नसेल, तर तुम्ही कोणत्याही एका स्थानिक पोलीस ठाण्यात प्रथम माहिती अहवाल (एफआयआर) देखील दाखल करू शकता. तुमची तक्रार मान्य न झाल्यास तुम्ही आयुक्त किंवा शहराच्या न्यायदंडाधिकारी यांच्याकडेही जाऊ शकता.
• काही सायबर गुन्हे देखील भारतीय दंड संहितेत येतात. त्यामुळे, तुम्ही सायबर गुन्ह्याच्या एफआयआरच्या आधारे जवळच्या स्थानिक पोलिस ठाण्यात तक्रार करू शकता.
• भारतीय दंड संहितेमध्ये समाविष्ट असलेले बहुतेक सायबर गुन्हे दखलपात्र गुन्हे म्हणून वर्गीकृत आहेत. दखलपात्र गुन्हा असा गुन्हा आहे ज्यामध्ये एखाद्याला अटक करण्यासाठी किंवा तपास करण्यासाठी वॉरंटची आवश्यकता नसते. अशा प्रकरणांमध्ये, पोलिस अधिकाऱ्याला त्या तक्रारदारासाठी शून्य एफआयआर नोंदवणे भाग पडते. त्यानंतर तो हा गुन्हा प्रत्यक्षात घडलेल्या पोलीस ठाण्यात पाठवेल.
• शून्य एफआयआर पीडितांना मोठा दिलासा देते कारण या प्रकरणांमध्ये वेळ वाया न घालवता तत्काळ लक्ष/तपास करणे आवश्यक आहे आणि ते खूप लवकर होते.

आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञान आणि इंटरनेटमुळे जग जवळ येत आहे. इंटरनेटद्वारे आपण जगातील कोणत्याही व्यक्तीशी संपर्क साधू शकतो. एवढेच नाही तर जगातील कोणत्याही विषयावर उपलब्ध असलेली माहिती देखील सहज मिळवू शकतो.

जेवढा इंटरनेटचा सदुपयोग केला जातो तेवढाच दुरुपयोगही केला जातो. अलिकडे बँकेतील पैसे चोरीला जाणे, कंपन्या – संघटना यांचे महत्वाचा डेटा चोरून त्याबदल्यात त्यांना धमकी देणे, पैसे मागणे इत्यादी गुन्हे घडलेले आपण सतत ऐकत असतो.

हे गुन्हे नेटवर्कद्वारे केले जातात. त्यांनाच सायबर अटॅक (Cyber Attack) असे म्हटले जाते. सायबर अटॅक ही समस्या सध्या वैयक्तिक राहिलेली नसून आता आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवरील समस्या बनलेली आहे. मोठमोठे कलाकार, खेळाडू, नेते हे देखील याला अपवाद नाहीत. त्यांची महत्त्वाची वैयक्तिक माहिती चोरून त्याचा गैरवापर केला जात आहे.

अशा सर्व प्रकारच्या समस्यांवर केला जाणारा उपाय म्हणजे सायबर सिक्युरिटी. म्हणजेच सायबर अटॅकच्या विरोधात केली जाणारी सुरक्षा म्हणजेच सायबर सुरक्षा (Cyber Security) होय.

इंटरनेट, संगणक, सर्व्हर, मोबाईल, नेटवर्क यांच्यावर केल्या जाणाऱ्या हल्ल्यांपासून संवेदनशील डेटा सुरक्षित ठेवण्याच्या पद्धतीलाच सायबर सुरक्षा (Cyber security) असे म्हणतात.

सायबर सुरक्षेमुळे आपण आपली माहिती सुरक्षित ठेवू शकतो. आपल्या माहितीचा गैरवापर होणार नाही याची खात्री ठेवू शकतो. हे सायबर हल्ले व्हायरस अटॅक, फिशिंग, कोड इंजेक्शन, मालवेअर, एसक्यूएल इंजेक्शन, झिरो डे इत्यादि द्वारे केले जातात. या हल्ल्यांपासुन बचाव करण्यासाठी नवनवीन सॉफ्टवेअर विकसित झालेले आहेत.

फायरवॉल हे त्यातीलच एक उत्तम उदाहरण आहे. तसेच नेटवर्क सुरक्षा, ॲप्लिकेशन सुरक्षा, माहिती किंवा डेटा सुरक्षा, ऑपरेशन सुरक्षा, क्लाउड सिक्युरिटी यांद्वारे सायबर सुरक्षा केली जाते.

सायबर अटॅकपासून घ्यावयाची काळजी – Cyber Attack Precautions in Marathi

सायबर अटॅकपासून आपले व आपल्या वैयक्तिक माहितीचे संरक्षण करण्यासाठी खालील गोष्टींचे अनुसरण करणे आवश्यक आहे.

१. सिस्टिम अपडेट करणे –

सॉफ्टवेअर आणि ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टीमला अपडेट केल्याने नवीन व्हर्जन स्थापित केले जाते. नवीन व्हर्जन आपल्या सिस्टीमला सायबर हल्लयांपासून सुरक्षित ठेवतात.

२. अँटी – व्हायरस सॉफ्टवेअर वापरणे –

अँटी – व्हायरस सॉफ्टवेअर सिक्युरिटी गार्ड प्रमाणे काम करते. व्हायरसला सिस्टीममध्ये प्रवेश करण्यास मनाई करते आणि आपल्या सिस्टीमला सुरक्षित ठेवते.

३. पासवर्डचा वापर करणे –

सहसा आपण पासवर्ड बनवताना आपल्याला सहज लक्षात ठेवता येईल असा बनवतो. त्यासाठी आपण आपल्या नावाचा, जन्मतारखेचा, मोबाईल नंबरचा वापर करतो पण पुढे जाऊन हीच चूक आपल्याला महागात पडू शकते.

हॅकर्स आपल्या वैयक्तिक माहितीचा शोध घेऊन पासवर्ड हॅक करतात.आणि आपल्या सिस्टीमवर ताबा मिळवतात. त्यामुळे नेहमी मजबूत पासवर्ड बनवण्यासाठी विशिष्ट चिन्हाचा, अंकांचा, अक्षरांचा, वर्णांचा वापर करावा जेणेकरून हॅकर्सना पासवर्ड हॅक करणे कठीण होते.

तसेच आपला पासवर्ड गोपनीय ठेवावा आणि आपला पासवर्ड दर काही कालावधीनंतर बदलत राहणे ही देखील एक महत्त्वाची जबाबदारी असते.

४. असुरक्षित Wi-Fi नेटवर्कचा वापर करू नये –

सायबर अटॅक हे नेटवर्कद्वारे केले जातात. जर आपण असुरक्षित Wi-Fi नेटवर्कचा वापर केला तर आपण सहज सायबर अटॅकचे शिकार बनू शकतो. त्यामुळे कधीही पब्लिक नेटवर्क वापरताना सावध रहावे.

५. अनोळखी लिंकवर क्लिक करू नये –

कधी कधी हॅकर्स लिंकद्वारेही व्हायरस आपल्या मोबाईलमध्ये पाठवतात आणि जर अशा लिंकवर क्लिक केले तर ते आपल्या सिस्टीममध्ये सहज प्रवेश करू शकतात. त्यामुळे नेहमी मोबाईल वापरताना सतर्क रहावे.

Cyber Security हि खूप जास्त महत्त्वाचे आहे कारण की या सुरक्षेमुळे तुमच्या सर्व डेटा फाईल्स सुरक्षित ठेवल्या जातात आणि तुमची पर्सनल माहिती ही बेकायदेशीरपणे वापरण्यापासून संरक्षण आणि मदत मिळते.

तुम्ही जे पण अँप्लिकेशन किंवा सॉफ्टवेयर वापरात असाल, त्या सॉफ्टवेयर ला नेहमी नवीन व्हर्जन मध्ये अपडेट करणे आवश्यक असते. नवीन व्हर्जन मध्ये अपडेट केल्यामुळे सिस्टिमवर सायबर हल्ल्या होण्याचे प्रमाण खूप कमी असते. 

• अनोळखी ई-मेल 

आजकाल इंटरनेटमुळे आपण नेहमी ई-मेल चा वापर करतो. याच गोष्टीचा फायचा हॅकर घेतात आणि तुम्हाला लालच देणारे मेल येत असतील तर अशा प्रकारच्या अनोळखी मेल मध्ये तुम्हाला लिंक दिलेली असते ज्या लिंक मध्ये वायरस देखील असू शकतो म्हणूनच कोणत्याही अनोळखी मेल आलेला मेल हा डेटा चोरण्याचा हा सायबर हॅकर सापळा देखील असू शकतो.

• अँटी व्हायरस सॉफ्टवेअर वापरणे

तुमच्या सिस्टिम मध्ये नेहमी अँटी – व्हायरस सॉफ्टवेअर चा वापर करायला हवा, त्यामुळे सिस्टीम मध्ये व्हायरस ला येण्यापासून रोखतो तसेच तुमच्या सिस्टीम मध्ये असलेल्या व्हायरसला बद्दल तुम्हाला नोटिफिकेशन देतो आणि आपल्या सिस्टीमला सुरक्षित ठेवते.

• योग्य पासवर्डचा वापर

आपण खूप वेळा ऐकले असेल खूप लोकांचा पासवर्ड मध्ये त्यांचे नाव, जन्मतारीख, मोबाइल नंबर आणि सोप्या गोष्टीचा वापर केला असतो. याच गोष्टीचा फायदा हॅकर ला होतो आणि त्याला पासवर्ड ला क्रॅक कारण हे अतिशय सोपं जात. 

मजबूत पासवर्ड बनवताना नेहमी त्यामध्ये विशिष्ट चिन्हाचा, अंकांचा, अक्षरांचा, वर्णांचा वापर करावा आणि पासवर्ड हा थोड्या-थोड्या दिवसांनी बदलत राहावा जेणेकरून हॅकर्सना पासवर्ड हॅक करणे शक्य होत नाही.

• अनोळखी लिंक 

आपल्याला नेहमीच मोबाईलमध्ये अनोळखी नंबरने लिंक येत असतील तर अशा प्रकारच्या अनोळखी लिंकमध्ये दिलेली लिंक मध्ये वायरस देखील असू शकतो त्यामुळे हॅकर आपल्या सिस्टीममध्ये सहज प्रवेश करू आणि आपला डेटा चोरीला जाऊ शकतो. 

• अनोळखी WIFI नेटवर्क 

सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी असलेल्या असुरक्षित किंवा अनोळखी वायफाय नेटवर्क वापरणे हे नेहमी टाळा.

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, आरोपीने संबंधित महिलेला या प्रकरणांची सुनावणी सुरू असल्याचे त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले. फोन करणाऱ्याने तिला एका खोलीत एकांत राहण्याची आणि कोणाशीही चर्चा न करण्याची सूचना केली. त्यानंतर त्याने तिला स्काइप डाऊनलोड करण्यास सांगितले, ज्याद्वारे त्याने तिला गंभीर कायदेशीर अडचणीची खात्री पटवून दिली. तात्काळ अटक टाळण्यासाठी तिला 'सिक्रेट सर्व्हेलन्स अकाऊंट'मध्ये ८० लाख रुपये जमा करावे लागतील, सविस्तर चौकशीनंतर ती निर्दोष आढळल्यास सर्व पैसे परत केले जातील, असे आश्वासन फोन करणाऱ्याने तिला दिले.

The Cyber Crime unit of the Kerala Police filed a case over the social media announcements, claiming that the question papers and the answer key of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) were up for sale.

However, the police said presently there is no evidence that anyone has received the question papers and answer keys as were circulated on social media a day ago.

Scheduled to be held on July 6, the FMGE is conducted to ascertain the eligibility of the foreign medical graduates who wish to practice in India. It is a mandatory exam in order to secure Medical Council of India registration.

The Thiruvananthapuram Cyber Crime Police has registered a case against those who advertised the sale of the question papers and answer key of the FMGE examination on Telegram under the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. This is the first case to be registered under the new law, the police stated.

The law was introduced by the Centre last month, amid the NEET UG paper leak row, to curb unfair practices in public examinations.

In order to detect such scams in the future, the Police's Cyber Division has started 24—7 cyber patrolling on social media platforms, including various Telegram channels.

A day after lodging the case, the Thiruvananthapuram city police stated that in the probe so far, no evidence has been received that the FMGE question papers and answer keys were circulated to any of the candidates.
