COSTLY TO IMITATE: the resources are costly to imitate, if other organizations cannot imitate it. However, imitation is done in two ways. One is duplicating that is direct imitation and the other one is substituting that is indirect imitation. Any firm who has valuable and rare resources, and these resources are costly to imitate, have achieved their competitive advantage. However, resources should also be perfectly non sustainable. The reasons that resource imitation is costly are historical conditions, casual ambiguity and social complexity. ORGANIZED TO CAPTURE VALUE: resources, itself, cannot provide advantages to organization until it is organized and exploit to do so. A firm (like Hindi) must organize its management systems, processes, policies and strategies to fully utilize the resource’s potential to be valuable, rare and costly to imitate.

एक नई अभियान की शुरुआत करें, हर दिन अपना आत्म परीक्षण देने का प्रयास करें। अपने दिन भर में जो भी पढ़ा हो उसे छोटे-छोटे पॉइंट्स में अपने खुद की बुक में लिखें, फिर उसके निर्धारित प्रश्नों को बिना देखे लिखने की कोशिश करें। फिर उसको अपने दोस्त या शिक्षकों के सहायता लेकर टेस्ट ले, अगर यह मुमकिन नहीं है तो आप खुद ही अपने आंसर शीट को चेक करें। यह करने से आपको पता चलेगा कि आपकी कहां पर गलतियां हो रही है, और यह गलतियां वापिस भविष्य में ना दोहराएं इस बात पर खासकर कर ध्यान दें।

जो भी स्कूल में पढ़ाया जाता है उसे उसी दिन घर पर आकर पड़े ,उसे परीक्षा तक ना रखें। यह करने से आपको जो भी पढ़ाया है स्कूल में वह उसी दिन समझ में आ जाता है अगर ना आया हो तो आप दूसरे दिन जाकर अपने शिक्षक से उसके बारे में पूछ सकते हैं। यह चीज़ अगर आप रोज़ घर पर आकर करेंगे तो आप परीक्षा के समय रिलैक्स और शांत रहेंगे।

परीक्षा के समय अपना मन हमेशा शांत रखें रिसर्च के द्वारा यह पाया गया है कि एक शांत मन चार गुनी ज्यादा चीज याद रख सकता है और बेहतर कर सकता है। इसलिए परीक्षा के समय अपना मन हमेशा शांत रखें।

परीक्षा की आखरी दिनों के समय रिवीजन के लिए टाइम बचा कर रखना चाहिए। इस रिवीजन के समय केवल वही पढ़ना चाहिए जो पढ़ा हो, यह करने से आपने जो भी पढ़ा होगा आप उसकी अच्छी पकड़ हासिल कर सकते हैं और अंत में इसका अच्छा परिणाम मिलता है।

वैसे तो टाइम टेबल सब बनाते हैं, लेकिन किसी भी लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए सिर्फ टाइम टेबल के जरिए ही आप अच्छी रणनीति के साथ अपनी पढ़ाई कर सकते हैैं। एक सही टाइम टेबल सबको बनाना चाहिए मतलब ये है कि नए साल में नई क्लास की पढाई शुरू होने से पहले ही आप अपने लिए एक बेहतर टाइम टेबल तैयार कर लें।

क्लास डिस्कशन में भाग लेने से हर एक व्यक्ति अपने तरीके से सवाल का जवाब समझाता है यह करने से दूसरे लोगों की बात पर हम ध्यान देते हैं और वह बातें हमें जल्दी याद रह जाती हैं।

पढ़ाई करते समय बीच-बीच में विश्राम ज़रूर करें, यह करने से आपने जो पढ़ा है वह जल्दी याद रह जाता है। लगातार पढ़ाई करने से मन को बोझ लगने लगता है और जो पढ़ा होता है वह हम जल्दी भूल जाते हैं।

हर कोई हर एक विषय में होशियार नहीं होता तो ,अगर हमें कोई भी विषय नहीं आता हो तो हमें किसी और से पूछने के लिए शर्माना नहीं चाहिए। यह करने से हम अपने विषय को अच्छे से मजबूत करते हैं। अगर हम शर्माएंगे तो वहां विषय को अच्छे से याद नहीं कर पाएंगे और दिमाग में परीक्षा के समय वह दुविधा पैदा कर सकती है।

पढ़ाई करने से हमेशा पहले जरूरी बात यह है कि हमें टाइम टेबल बनाना चाहिए। टाइम टेबल बनाने से हम अलग-अलग विषय को अलग-अलग समय में बांट सकते हैं। यह करने से हम हर एक विषय को अच्छे से पढ़ सकते हैं, परीक्षा के समय टाइम टेबल बनाना बहुत ही आवश्यक होता है।

पढ़ाई करते समय हमेशा यह बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि हम उसे कभी बोझ नहीं बनाए, अगर हम पढ़ाई को बोझ बनाते हैं तो वह विषय हम कभी भी याद नहीं कर सकते। अगर हमें अव्वल नंबर लाने हैं तो पढ़ाई को इंटरेस्ट के साथ पढ़ना चाहिए और उसमें मन लगाकर अपना बेस्ट देने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।

एक सर से दो सर बेहतर है और दो सर से तीन सब बेहतर है। इसका यह मतलब है कि हमें पढ़ाई हमेशा समूह में करने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए ये करने से हम कठिन से कठिन विषय को आसान तरीके से हल कर सकते हैं।

लंबे समय तक पढ़ाई कैसे करें?

लंबे समय तक पढ़ाई करने के लिए आपके मन में किसी काम को करने के प्रति विश्वास ही नहीं है तो हम उस काम को कैसे बेहतर तरीके से और मन लगाकर कर सकते हैं। इसलिए सबसे पहले हम जिस काम को करना चाहते हैं उस काम के लिए अपने मन में विश्वास पैदा करें कि हां हम यह काम अब कर सकते हैं। उसी तरह से यह पढ़ाई करने का भी आप सबसे पहले मन बनाए। इसके अलावा ऐसा दृढ़ निश्चय करके मन में यह विश्वास लाए कि हम 15 घंटे की पढ़ाई अपने उस लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए करना चाहते हैं और और उसे हासिल करना चाहते हैं।

हमें दिन में सिर्फ 24 घंटे का समय मिलता है और इन 24 घंटे के समय में हमें 9 घंटे को मैनेज करके उस 15 घंटे की पढ़ाई को करना है इसलिए हमें उन सभी कामों की लिस्ट बनानी होगी और सभी कामों के लिए समय निर्धारित करना होगा कि किस समय पर किस काम को पूरा करना है और उस निर्धारित समय पर ही हमें उस काम को पूरा कर लेना है।

अगर आप ज्यादा टाइम तक स्टडी करना चाहते हैं और अपने पूरे दिन के समय और रात के समय का सदुपयोग करना चाहते हैं तो 4:00 से 5:00 के बीच उठने का प्रयास करें तभी आप का टारगेट पूरा हो पाएगा अन्यथा आप उसे पूरा नहीं कर पाएंगे। सुबह जल्दी उठना आपको परीक्षा की तैयारी करने के लिए फिट बनाता है।

पूरे हफ्ते में 15 दिन की पढ़ाई ना करें कम से कम 2 या 3 दिन ही करें क्योंकि अगर शरीर स्वस्थ रहेगा तभी हम अच्छे तरीके से अपनी पढ़ाई में मन लगा पाएंगे अगर आप पूरे दिन भर और पूरे हफ्ते में 7 दिन 15 घंटे की पढ़ाई करना चाहते हैं तो पढ़ तो लेंगे लेकिन उसे स्पष्ट रूप से याद नहीं रख पाएंगे इसलिए हफ्ते में आप 3 दिनों का समय निर्धारित करें इन 3 दिनों में 15-15 घंटे की पढ़ाई करें।
